Jenn in Korea.

This is all about my EPIK teaching adventures in Korea!

The Bamboo Forest

Today we ventured downtown to see the Bamboo forest. At first glade, we saw a little patch of small bamboo trees. I was slowly getting disappointed as I noticed a sign which gave me the feeling you couldn’t go into the trees or get close. We took a couple pictures and went on our way…

This was our photo shoot when we had thought the day was going to be a bust…

…which is when we found The bamboo forest (insert echo here). We weren’t exactly prepared for a hike (we were just on our way to return my asian sized PJ’s for ‘Jenn’ size at the department store). Behind the trees were some mountains, which makes me think the hike goes up the mountain. We just walked though one path, and back out to the city. Anyways, here are a few more pictures…

Not a surprise, we also found more work out equipment.  It seems that hiking mountains and in forests just isn’t enough exercise for one day. They have to add in an additional workout.
